Bumstead Provisions

Braatz Building was the general contractor for Bumstead Provisions (now known as Hot Head Fried Chicken) prior to the company’s re-branding. This establishment opened as one side grocery/deli and one side restaurant/bar. Braatz Building highlights include banquette seating, refurnished shelving, the design and build of a white oak bar with stamped metal panels and custom table tops using reused materials from the same site location.

Palomino Bar

Braatz Building was responsible for the business’s revamp of their existing bathrooms as well as the furnishing and installing of bar soffit and lighting.

Ray’s Growler Gallery

Braatz Building completed the new build of a functional bar, concrete countertops, custom shelving and brick work to help bring to life the owner’s vision of a successful growler gallery and venue. It’s now an artful display of the area’s best craft beers.
